FAQ Orders

We ship our products to many states in the U.S.A., however we currently don’t ship to Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, or Nebraska, based on regulatory considerations.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

• Free Standard Shipping on all our products for orders above $50.00.

• For orders below US$ 50.00, the standard shipping rate is $8.99.

• Free Standard Shipping is offered via USPS, FedEx and/or UPS and takes between 4 to 8 business days, depending on your location and product mix.

• Express shipping options are available. We offer 2-day shipping for a rate of $12.99. Carriers may increase express charges due to high volumes or supply chain interruptions.

• Free Standard Shipping orders typically take 4-8 business days depending on your location. Standard Shipping orders are processed within 24-hours of receipt, Monday through Friday.

• Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday. Please see Shipping Policy for details.

No, we do not offer this service at this time. A home or business address must be provided.

NatuEra products are sold and shipped to most states. However, we do not currently ship to Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, or Nebraska based on regulatory considerations.

If you've placed an order and would like to modify the items or shipping address, please call our Customer Care team at 1-888-628-0322. If the order has not shipped, we can modify the order. If the order has shipped, you will then need to follow the return/exchange process.

On national holidays, shipping carriers may be closed or offer limited holiday service. In such cases, temporary holiday shipping terms will be displayed via pop up and via the Cart Page before the Checkout process.

For all orders over $300, we require a signature for delivery. Please be sure to use an address where someone will be available during the day to accept the delivery.
