Order Policy
Our online e-commerce platform is provided by third-party service providers, which allow us to sell our Products and Services. You may be subject to our third-party providers’ policies and terms of service, as well as ours. Please also note that the colors of the products you see on our platform will depend on your monitor, and may not be accurate.
You agree that all orders placed through our website are offers to purchase all Products and Services listed in your “Order,” under these Terms of Service. All Orders must be accepted before we are obligated to sell the Products or Services to you. You will receive an Order Confirmation email once we have accepted your Order. We retain the right to not accept any Order, or to cancel any Order, in our sole discretion. We may attempt to notify you via email and/or billing address / the phone number you provided if we cancel an Order or make a change to an Order. By purchasing a product using this website, you agree to pay for all Orders you place through this website, and to be bound by these Terms of Service and any other policy contained on this website.
You must notify us within ten (10) days of payment, of any dispute regarding the amount or validity of any payments made to NatuEra. Notifications must be sent by email to: [email protected]. You agree that your failure to notify NatuEra of any dispute within ten (10) days of payment will waive any claims related to the payment. You agree that you will pay all collection costs and expenses incurred by NatuEra, including attorneys’ fees, in the event of your failure to provide payment.
Shipping policyWe reserve the right to limit the sales and quantities of our Products and Services to any jurisdiction, geographic reason, or person, which we may exercise depending on the case and circumstances. We also reserve the right to alter or change any descriptions of Products or Product pricing at any time, without notice, or to discontinue any Product at any time. Any offer for any Product or Service made on this website is void where prohibited. Unless specified, we do not make any implied warranties with respect to any Products, Services, information or other material purchased or obtained by you, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Shipping policy
We will arrange the shipment of the Products to the shipping address provided. You will pay all shipping and handling fees during the ordering process, unless otherwise specified. Following the transfer of the Products to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the buyer. Shipping and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, and we are not liable for any shipment delays.
We require a signature for the delivery of all orders over $300.00. Please ensure that someone will be available at the listed address during the day to accept your shipment.
Product return policy
Unopened products may be returned for any reason within 15 days after received. Returned items can be:
- exchanged for store credit
- refunded for the original purchase price.
Items must be in an unused/unopened condition. If you want to return a product, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected] and include your order number.
Damage due to freight or shopping
All our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours after being received. Please contact us at [email protected] and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.

Subscription policy
To reward recurring customers and/or to attract new customers, NatuEra may choose to offer a subscription service. Personal information will be asked for during the registration process and the data may be stored and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. NatuEra will send regular communications to subscription members via email, Whatsapp, text messages, social media, or other communication technologies. The benefits of a NatuEra subscription program may include, but are not limited to, discounts, new product trials, free samples, programmed product deliveries, free or discounted shipping fees, free invitations to webinars and/or events, etc. Some products, offers, coupons and promotions may not be available, or may not be combined within the subscription service. Joining the subscription service is free of charge, and may be canceled at any time by clicking on unsubscribe. NatuEra reserves the right to modify or cancel the subscription service conditions at any time without notice.
