Cannabidiol, more commonly known as CBD, is one of over 100 naturally occurring cannabinoids, the chemical compounds found in the hemp plant. When consumed, CBD interacts with receptors in the body’s endocannabinoid system in a non-intoxicating manner.

CBD is produced naturally in the flowers and leaves of the hemp plants we cultivate. We capture that naturally occurring CBD through a proprietary ethanol extraction process to create a repeatedly refined Broad Spectrum Hemp Extract rich in CBD.

The endocannabinoid system -or ECS- is a biological system that naturally exists in all human beings. In fact, it exists in all other vertebrates too.

First discovered between the late eighties and early nineties, the ECS is highly complex and is the subject of extensive ongoing scientific studies.

The ECS basically consists of a vast network of receptors spread throughout the body and plays an important role in promoting homeostasis – a state of balance.

Cannabinoids, such as CBD, are known to interact with those receptors.

Hemp and its derivatives are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. Our CBD comes from Broad Spectrum Hemp Extract that is derived from hemp.

The 2018 Farm Bill removed hemp and its derivatives, containing no more than 0.3% THC –practically, trace amounts– from the definition of marijuana in the Controlled Substances Act, such that hemp is therefore no longer a controlled substance.

However, individual States and other regulatory agencies have a say on how to regulate hemp and hemp-based products. We recommend that you check your local laws. 

Although CBD interacts with the endocannabinoid system, it is known to do so in a non-intoxicating manner that does not make people feel “high,” unlike THC. All of our products with CBD from Broad Spectrum Hemp Extract contain less than 0.2% THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), in compliance with applicable federal law. 

Below is the suggested use for each of our products:

• Tinctures: Take 1 or 2 servings daily, as instructed on the label.

• Capsules: Take 1 or 2 capsules daily, as instructed on the label.

• Gummies: Take 1 or 2 gummies daily, as instructed on the label.

• Topicals: Apply a thin layer to the affected area no more than 4 times daily, as instructed on the label.

As you incorporate NatuEra products into your wellness practices, we recommend keeping a consistent routine over time, monitoring your intake and how you feel, and making any desired adjustments gradually.

We also recommend consulting your healthcare provider prior to using our products, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, have a known medical condition or are taking any prescription medications.

Gummies

Suggested Use: Twice daily, as instructed on the label.

• Chew thoroughly before swallowing.

• We recommend that you maintain consistent use over time to allow the compounds to interact with your body.

• Monitor how you feel and make any desired adjustments gradually. 

Tinctures 

Suggested Use: Twice daily, as instructed on the label.

• Shake bottle well before every use.

• Fill the dropper fully with CBD oil (which is one serving size) and squeeze it out under your tongue. Hold for 30 to 60 seconds, then swallow. 

• We recommend that you maintain consistent use over time to allow the compounds to interact with your body.

• Monitor how you feel and make any desired adjustments gradually.

Capsules

• Suggested Use: Twice daily, as instructed on the label.

• Swallow capsules whole, one at a time, with water or another drink of choice.

• We recommend that you maintain consistent use over time to allow the compounds to interact with your body with one capsule every morning and evening for 30 days. 

• Monitor how you feel and adjust accordingly.

Topicals

Suggested Use: As needed

• Apply a thin layer to the affected area no more than 4 times daily. 

• Massage into the skin until thoroughly absorbed.

• Wash hands with cool water after use. 

• Repeat as desired.

All NatuEra hemp-derived ingredients sold in the U.S. have been certified by duly accredited ISO 17025 certified third party laboratories as containing less than 0.2% THC. 

Individual marijuana drug test results depend on the specifications of the products you consume, the testing method and the sensitivity of the testing equipment.

Because our products contain CBD from Broad Spectrum Hemp Extracts, they may contain trace amounts of THC that could cause you to fail a drug test.

The CBD from Broad Spectrum Hemp Extract contained in our products comes from hemp. 

Hemp and marijuana are both types of cannabis plants, but they are not the same. 

The main difference between the two is the level of the tetrahydrocannabinol, a psychoactive cannabinoid, more commonly known as THC. 

Hemp and its derivatives are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, so long as they contain no more than 0.3% THC (by dry weight). 

Unlike hemp and its derivatives, marijuana contains higher concentrations of THC and is therefore a controlled substance and federally illegal under the Controlled Substances Act.

Our CBD from Broad Spectrum Hemp Extract is captured from sun-grown hemp plants cultivated by us and processed in our GMP (21 CFR 111 &117) and HACCP certified facility. 

Through our proprietary ethanol extraction process, which includes double distillation, and advanced chromatography, we carefully create a premium broad spectrum hemp extract that is rich in CBD, with other naturally occurring cannabinoids and components of the plant, and a compliant THC content consistently below 0.2%.
